It lacks a rich discussion of the practical applications of the science in practical learning situations. There are no pictures and very few graphics - a book that is expressing the need for visual learning and has no pictures or graphics is a bit strange. The book was purchased used and advertised 'like new' by bwhite255 - but the book was marketed up in a black ink - very disappointing.
